Flip Flat Video bot ("the App", "we", "our") is an internal content-automation tool operated by Flip Flat, a long-term apartment rental agency based in Tbilisi, Georgia. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles data.

What the App does
Flip Flat Video bot processes apartment tour videos and publishes them to Flip Flat's own social media accounts, including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. The App is operated solely by Flip Flat staff for publishing Flip Flat's own marketing content. It is for internal use by Flip Flat only.

Information we collect and store
The App does not collect personal data from members of the public or from any third-party TikTok users. To publish content, the App stores the OAuth access token of Flip Flat's own authorized TikTok account (@flipflat_tbilisi). This token is used solely to upload videos to that account and is stored securely on Flip Flat's private server. The App does not access, collect, or store data of any other TikTok users.

Use of TikTok data
The App uses TikTok's Content Posting API and Login Kit solely to authorize and upload videos to Flip Flat's own TikTok account. The App does not read, collect, or store follower data, analytics, or any other TikTok user information beyond what is required to confirm a successful upload.

Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties.

Data retention
Video files are processed temporarily for publishing and are deleted after the publishing process completes.
