These Terms of Service govern the use of Flip Flat Video bot ("the App"), an internal content-automation tool operated by Flip Flat, a long-term apartment rental agency based in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Purpose
The App is used by Flip Flat staff to publish Flip Flat's own apartment tour videos to Flip Flat's own social media accounts, including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.

Authorized use
The App is intended solely for internal use by Flip Flat. Only authorized Flip Flat personnel may operate the App and connect Flip Flat's own social media accounts to it.

Content
All content published through the App is created and owned by Flip Flat and relates to its own apartment rental listings. Flip Flat is responsible for ensuring that published content complies with the policies of the respective social media platforms.

Third-party platforms
The App integrates with TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram through their official APIs. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service.

Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Flip Flat is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
