Obligations of the Data Controller, Authorized Processor, and Jointly Responsible Party(ies)

9.1.7. Upon the data controller’s request or upon termination of the agreement, the authorized processor must cease data processing and transfer all personal data within 10 (ten) calendar days, and delete or destroy it if no legal obligations for storage exist.
9.1.8. Issues related to personal data processing by the authorized processor that are not covered by this policy are regulated by the laws of Georgia.
